We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for members, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and driving gym memberships and client satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate daily gym operations during assigned hours.
Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Greet members and visitors; handle queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Manage and schedule staff (trainers, cleaners, front desk) and ensure timely attendance.
Monitor member check-ins and ensure adherence to gym rules and safety guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections of the gym floor and equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and servicing.
Assist in membership sales, renewals, and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, memberships, and staff schedules.
Enforce health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations.
Prior experience in gym or fitness center management is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-service oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a busy environment.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with gym software or management systems is an advantage.
CPR or First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Hours: Full - Time
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
