Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female/ Male F&B Trainer who will be responsible for training front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) team members, ensuring operational standards, food safety, service quality, and brand compliance across all outlets. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on operational knowledge, and a passion for team development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training for new hires and existing staff on food preparation, customer service, hygiene, and operational standards.
Train team members on SOPs, recipes, equipment handling, and POS operations.
Ensure all staff follow FSSAI, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) at outlets during peak and non-peak hours.
Develop and maintain training manuals, checklists, and evaluation sheets.
Monitor staff performance, conduct assessments, and give feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with operations managers to identify training needs for each outlet.
Support new store openings with recruitment, orientation, and training.
Maintain training records, schedules, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure company culture and brand standards are delivered consistently across outlets.
Requirements
Female candidate preferred due to operational and cultural requirements.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B/QSR training or operations.
Strong knowledge of QSR operations, customer service, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to various outlets.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people development.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Services.
Experience in well-known QSR brands (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Burger King, etc.).
