Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Voice Process Executive to our team who is ready to represent our organization at events, engage with donors, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
Respond to incoming inquiries and provide relevant information.
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Sales & Promotion:
Pitch and sell products or services to meet sales targets.
Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions in the CRM.
Document feedback and suggestions for service improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversions.
Share market insights and customer preferences.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive interaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Experience: Fresher or Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in conversations.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
