We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, or promoting services/products. Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow communication scripts and processes
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills (English / regional languages as required)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Prior experience in a BPO/Call Center (Inbound or Outbound)
Fluency in multiple languages (optional but a plus)
Familiarity with sales techniques (for outbound roles)
