About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented International Travel Sales Executives who are passionate about travel and eager to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their international travel needs, offering tailored packages, and closing sales through exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with potential clients via phone, email, or in person to understand their international travel requirements.
Promote and sell international travel packages, including flights, hotels, visas, tours, and other travel-related services.
Provide destination advice, travel itineraries, and cost estimates based on customer preferences and budget.
Convert leads into bookings by building rapport, handling objections, and following up diligently.
Maintain customer records, travel documents, and payment details accurately.
Stay updated with international travel trends, visa regulations, and airline/partner promotions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, visa, ticketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Passion for travel and international destinations
• Strong customer service and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
