Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and Handle travel bookings for B2B & B2C client, Make itineraries, and sell holiday packages, flights Visas.
· Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide tailored travel advice based on client requirements.
· Research, plan, and arrange itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, and special requests.
· Handle all bookings using the appropriate systems and tools. Ensure all arrangements are confirmed and properly coordinated.
· Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip. Handle any issues or changes to travel arrangements as they arise.
· Ensure all necessary travel documents, including visas, insurance, and other related paperwork, are processed and handed over to clients in a timely manner.
· Collect feedback from client’s post-trip to constantly improve service quality.
