The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting travel packages effectively, and closing sales to ensure customers choose the best travel options and have a memorable experience. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and offering tailored travel solutions.
Initiate contact with potential customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Effectively explain and present travel packages, holiday tours, and customized trips.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages.
Track leads, follow up consistently, and close sales successfully.
Respond promptly to customer queries and build strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate and updated information in the customer database and CRM software.
Achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
Adhere to company policies and procedures strictly.
Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
Experience in sales and customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of the travel industry or a strong willingness to learn.
Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with computers and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
