Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel inquiries, bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
Assist customers in booking rail, hotels, cars, using proprietary tools.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed information on travel policies and destination insights.
Upsell additional travel services (e.g., insurance, seat upgrades, etc.) wherever applicable.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality, and response time.
Adhere to company and regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a travel or BPO preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
