About the role:
1. Lead Management
• Attend Incoming Calls / Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential tenants.
• Qualify Leads: Assess whether the lead is a valid prospect or should be rejected.
2. Requirement Matching
• Match Tenant Requirements: Check if the tenant's property requirements match the existing listings.
• Escalation: If no match is found, escalate the requirement to: o FRM – Field Relationship Manager
o FE – Field Executive
3. Property Sharing and Initial Feedback
• Share Property Images: Send relevant property photos to interested tenants.
• Collect Initial Feedback: Record whether the tenant wants to: o Proceed with a property visit o Reject based on images
4. Site Visit Coordination
• Schedule Property Visits: Arrange property viewings at a convenient time.
• Accompany Tenant: Ensure the visit is conducted with FE/FRE/FRM.
• Capture Visit Feedback: Collect the tenant’s response post-visit (interested, not interested, or suggestions for changes).
5. Deal Support & Negotiation
• Support Negotiations: Assist both tenant and owner in finalizing rental terms and resolving queries.
6. Documentation & Legal Formalities
• Office Visit Coordination: Invite the tenant to the office for final steps.
• Follow-up on Payment: Ensure the rent or deposit payments are tracked and completed.
• Handle Paperwork:
o Prepare Stamp Paper
o Draft and finalize Rental Agreement
o Coordinate Notarization of documents
7. Deal Closure
• Ensure all steps are completed and the tenancy is successfully closed.
