We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for influencing existing or potential clients to buy products or services by following a prepared script to give information and promote offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Maintain a database of customer information and call logs
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve results
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Hindi, regional languages and have a basic knowledge of English
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them clearly to customers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Telemarketing/Sales
Target-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
