We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with potential customers and explaining our products or services to generate sales. Your primary goal will be to turn leads into customers.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services in detail and answer questions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and sales information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Prior experience in [industry, e.g., insurance, tech, retail, etc.].
Multilingual skills are a plus.
