Job Summary -
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing training and coaching business. Your role is to connect with potential clients over the phone, explain our training programs, answer queries, and convert leads into registrations or appointments.
Key Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company.
Explain the features and benefits of our training/coaching programs.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain a database of leads and regularly update call status.
Follow up with potential clients via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for campaign updates and customer feedback.
Guide clients in the registration process or booking appointments with sales/consulting staff.
Requirements -
Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (preferred in education, coaching, or similar industries).
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
Confident, positive attitude, and persuasive speaking skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and call tracking systems.
Must be target-driven and willing to learn about training programs.
