Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue by converting leads into customers over the phone and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads provided and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions to meet those needs.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales professionally and confidently.
Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Continuously improve knowledge of the product/service offerings and industry trends.
Participate in regular sales training and performance reviews.
