Key Responsibilities:

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0.5-4 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Gujarati. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
