About Us:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives who can drive sales through outbound calls and effectively promote health insurance plans to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain and sell health insurance plans

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance policies

Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into policyholders

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector

Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages

Knowledge of health insurance products and IRDAI guidelines is an added advantage

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
