We are looking for Telesales Executives who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our health & wellness products, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales confidence, and a customer-first approach.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with interested customers.
Handle inbound queries from IVR/ads/website leads and convert them into orders.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers in Gujarati / Hindi / English.
Maintain proper call logs, order details, and lead status in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
0–2 years of telesales or call center experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong communication & convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp).
Sales-driven mindset with patience to handle customer objections.
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) + incentives.
