Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls using a dialer to generate prospects for home loans.

2. Schedule appointments for potential customers and assign to field team for follow-up visits.

3. Track field officers’ activities regarding appointments and document collection.

4. Monitor file status until document submission to credit and generation of serial number.

5. Maintain a complete daily login time of 9 hours.

6. Ensure minimum 3.5 hours of talk time and restrict break time to maximum 1 hour.

7. Attend weekly feedback sessions with the Quality team.

8. Participate in weekly review meetings with the team leader to assess:

   • Appointment counts

   • Serial number generation

• Support sales conversions through:

  • Prompt customer follow-ups

  • Timely and effective communication

  • Maintaining cordial collaboration with field sales officers

  • Sharing and receiving feedback

Additional Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on:

  • Company products and policies

  • Competitor offerings

• Generate business through customer referrals.

• Maintain basic floor hygiene and professional work ethics.

• Graduate in any stream.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
