Roles & Responsibilities:
Call Centre Executive
· Handling inbound/outbound telephone calls, cold-calling prospects, correspondence, arranging meetings & the like.
· Day to day operational duties including client need analysis, exposure analysis, negotiations with client/underwriters, claims handling and/or any other service issue related to the Operations.
· Achieve / exceed Sales Targets through outbound Tele-sales.
· Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
· Maintaining stellar working relationships with key industry persons and liaisons with local insurers and PR machinery.
· Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Quality policies & procedures of the organisation.
