Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0.5 - 2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Bengali. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
