TELE SALES EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships through phone calls
• Providing excellent customer service, while staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Build and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
• Present products or services effectively to potential customers over the phone.
• Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally & politely.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in tele sales or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
