We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling car floor mats to retailers and wholesalers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive sales abilities, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell car floor mats.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in Phone.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to relay customer feedback and market trends.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with logistics for order fulfillment.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to customers.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in automotive accessories or B2B sales is an advantage.
