Key Responsibilities:

· Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

· Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate services such as bulk SMS, bulk email, and WhatsApp messaging etc.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and post-sales support.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of the customers and follow-up activities.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication skills in [Languages required – Telugu/Hindi

· 1-2 years of experience.

· Female candidates preferred.

· Ability to be clear and precise.

· A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections with ease.

· Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet targets.
