JOB OBJECTIVE :
To achieve assigned sales targets by calling prospective customers, understanding their needs, educating them about Tata AIG's insurance products, and converting leads into sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database or leads list.
Promote and sell health, motor, or travel insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and exclusions in simple terms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Handle objections, clarify doubts, and close sales over the phone.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Update CRM tools with call details and customer information.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
WORKING DAYS:
5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (general shift; may vary).
MINIMUM AGE REQUIRE:
35 maximum.
