Job Summary: We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our rocketship team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via call and messages, introducing them to our apparel collections, and converting leads into sales. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products.

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding customer returns & refunds according to company policy.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
