We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (depending on company policy).

• Language proficiency: English, Hindi, or regional languages as per business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in BPO/telecalling/inside sales.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
