We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Strong communication skills and a persuasive attitude are essential.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (depending on company policy).
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, or regional languages as per business needs.
Prior experience in BPO/telecalling/inside sales.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
