Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive (Telugu-speaking) to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. Your ability to communicate fluently in Telugu and build rapport with customers is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in Telugu.
Explain product features, services, and benefits to customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Provide feedback on customer trends and requirements to the team.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and basic English (verbal and written).
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Good telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
12th pass or graduate preferred.
