About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a brand that is synonymous with trust, innovation, and professionalism in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:
  Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell TATA AIG’s insurance products.

• Lead Nurturing:
  Understand customer needs and offer insurance solutions that best suit their requirements.

• Sales Conversions:
  Close sales by building rapport, handling objections, and guiding customers through the insurance buying process.

• Daily Target Achievement:
  Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and call targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Maintain long-term customer relationships and support them with renewals or policy queries.

• Data & CRM Management:
  Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

• Market Feedback:
  Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

• Collaboration:
  Work with peers and managers to improve overall team performance and participate in regular training sessions.

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-sales, Tele-calling, or inside sales (preferably in insurance or financial services)

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore or Hyderabad

• Comfortable working in a full-time office role
