JOB DESCRIPTION: PROGRAM ADVISOR Probe patients during a telephonic conversation in order to understand their need. Provide a Digital Therapeutics solution to them with a consultative approach and convert the leads. Primary Responsibilities: • Tele Sales executive should dial at least 120 calls a day. • Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient’s requirement, assess the same and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided to them from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc (No Cold Calling) • Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call. • Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment. Soft Skills: • Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch in a consultative manner • Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy where ever required on the call. • Should have good listening skills Eligibility: • Telesales experience of 18 month or more (at one organisation) • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. • Multiple Languages will be an add on benefit.
