Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from interested customers, provide product information, and close sales.
• Make outbound calls to potential leads to explain Ayurvedic product benefits and generate sales.
• Understand customer health concerns and offer appropriate Ayurvedic solutions.
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer records accurately.
• Follow up with potential customers and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
