We are looking for energetic, prompt, and dedicated Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This role includes handling Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Dealer Network Support. If you have the passion to grow in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you!

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

📞 Pre-Sales

• Call & qualify leads from platforms like IndiaMART, website, and social media

• Understand customer needs and forward valid leads to the Sales Team

• Maintain daily call logs and lead status reports

🛍️ Post-Sales

• Coordinate with customers after order confirmation

• Share dispatch updates, invoice details, and feedback collection

• Handle queries and ensure smooth after-sales communication

🧩 Dealer Network

• Regular follow-ups with dealers regarding orders, payments, and queries

• Share product updates, schemes, and support materials

• Build strong relationships and trust with the dealer network

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or similar role

• Excellent communication & coordination skills

• Strong follow-up and CRM handling

• Prompt, professional, and passionate to grow with a startup
