Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, providing information about our courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students/parents from the provided leads.

• Explain course details, admission procedures, and academy benefits.

• Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and student details using CRM or Excel.

• Handle incoming calls and resolve queries effectively.

• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion.

• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for seamless onboarding.
