We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our team Rocket Deals Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Identify and approach potential customers for financial products.
Promote and explain products like personal loans, home loans, business loans, credit cards, etc.
Documentation & Application Collection
Help customers fill out application forms.
Collect and verify necessary documents such as ID proof, income proof, address proof, etc.
Ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to the bank or NBFC.
Initial Eligibility Check
Conduct basic checks to see if the customer meets the eligibility criteria.
Pre-screen customers based on the lender’s guidelines.
Customer Assistance & Query Handling
Clarify customer doubts related to the product, terms, interest rates, processing fees, etc.
Act as a point of contact between the customer and the financial institution.
Submission & Coordination
Submit the collected documents and applications to the assigned relationship manager or bank/NBFC.
Coordinate with the lender for updates on processing and approval.
Follow-ups
Regularly follow up with both the customer and lender to track the status of the application.
Ensure timely processing and address any documentation gaps.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Adhere to all regulations and internal guidelines set by the bank or NBFC.
Maintain customer data confidentiality and ensure ethical selling practices.
Reporting & Feedback
Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Share market or customer feedback with the institution to improve products or services.
Shift Timing - 10 AM to 7 PM | 11 AM to 8 PM | 12 PM to 9 PM
