Job Description:

Reliassure Insurance is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Sales Executives. You will be responsible for promoting and selling health insurance products to potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and field visits if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell individual and family health insurance plans.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate policies.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes.

• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper documentation and update the CRM system.

• Provide after-sales service and support for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of health insurance is preferred (training will be provided).

• Confidence in dealing with customers.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
