We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Business Loans team. The primary responsibility is to drive business growth by generating and qualifying leads for our financial products through proactive B2B tele-calling. This role is crucial for establishing the initial business relationship and building a strong sales pipeline.
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (Outbound B2B)
Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold calling) to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and corporate clients.
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and targeted outreach to business decision-makers (e.g., Founders, Proprietors, Finance Managers).
Maintain and manage the database of prospective business clients.
2. Lead Qualification & Engagement
Effectively qualify leads by understanding the business's financial requirements, current challenges, and need for a business loan (e.g., Working Capital, Term Loans, etc.).
Present and articulate the key features, advantages, and benefits of the company’s business loan products to the prospective client.
Handle objections and clarify information regarding interest rates, collateral requirements, and documentation requirements in a professional manner.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified leads, appointments set, and eventually, successful conversions.
Crucially, book qualified appointments/meetings for the Senior Sales/Field Sales team to take the loan application forward.
Follow up consistently with all potential leads to nurture the relationship and move them through the sales funnel.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information and detailed call notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Generate regular reports on call volume, lead status, and sales pipeline activity.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Tele-calling, or an equivalent customer-facing role (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Prior B2B or Loan/Financial services experience is a plus.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Marathi is a plus). Must have a professional and convincing telephone demeanor.
Sales Acumen: Should be target-driven, highly persistent, and possess strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Attitude: Professional, goal-oriented, and ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Technical: Basic proficiency in using a computer system and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Working Days: Typically 6 days a week (Day Shift).
