Job Title: Sr. Presales Executive
About the Role : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sr. Executive Presales to join our Sales & Marketing team at a leading Real Estate Development company. The role involves managing lead engagement, driving site visits, supporting the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline lead management processes to maximize conversion rates
Drive increased walk-ins from all lead sources (digital, referrals, outbound, etc.)
Research and profile potential clients, competitors, and market trends
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels
Provide accurate and detailed information on real estate projects
Schedule and coordinate client site visits
Guide customers during site visits, addressing queries and presenting project details
Ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects toward closure
Update CRM systems, trackers, and dashboards for accurate reporting
Handle escalated client queries professionally and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with sales teams to target high-potential clients and markets
Key Skills & Qualifications
1 - 6 years of presales experience in the real estate industry (developer background preferred)
Bachelors degree (preferred)
Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
Excellent client relationship management and follow-up abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
