Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to engage and nurture customer leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective property buyers.

• Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and location preferences.

• Schedule property site visits with the sales team.

• Maintain detailed lead records in CRM and follow-up on cold/warm leads.

• Share project details, location insights, and investment benefits over call/email/WhatsApp.

• Work closely with the Sales team to hand over high-quality leads for closure.

• Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to track campaign leads.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred)

• Experience in real estate / tele calling / BPO / inside sales preferred.
