Responsibilities
Handle calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls from existing clients.

Promote products: Inform customers about products or services using scripts and effective presentation skills.
Process sales: Accurately take and process customer orders and payments.
Achieve sales goals: Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage customer relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell: Recommend additional products, upgrades, or complementary services to customers.
Address concerns: Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and contact information in a CRM database.
Report on sales activities: Create and present monthly or weekly sales reports to management.
