Roles and Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
Maintain an accurate record of all customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, messages, or emails.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and sales strategies.
Requirements :-
Education :- Graduation or Above
Experience :- 6months or more in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers may also apply)
