Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain clinic services Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software Understand customer needs and provide appropriate service-related information Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination between clients and clinic staff Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Work closely with the sales and operations team to enhance customer acquisition Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer-facing environment Fluency in Gujarati and English is a must Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
