We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Omni Tech Integrators. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first approach. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer questions, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a pipeline of leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to refine scripts and campaigns.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
