Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
Educational Background:
Minimum: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO telesales, especially in insurance or financial services, will have an advantage.
Skills:
Proficient in English communication.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fixed Salary Structure:
Level 1: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000
Level 2: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000
Level 3: ₹20,001 – ₹22,000
Level 4: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on top of the fixed salary.
Note: Salary level will be determined based on the candidate's skill set and experience.
