We are looking for a smart, presentable, and experienced Female Telesales Executive to be the face of our showroom. This dynamic role combines front desk responsibilities, client handling, and proactive sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple channels of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Attend walk-in clients, understand their needs, and pitch suitable products confidently.

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, initiate, and nurture potential leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups. Maintain a lead database and track progress toward conversions.

• Outbound Calling: Call potential clients to introduce our products, explain pricing and offers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.

• Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, resolve queries, and provide product information.

• Front Desk: Serve as the first point of contact at our showroom reception. Greet visitors and create a welcoming environment.

• Communication Management: Manage daily communication through email, WhatsApp, and phone. Ensure prompt follow-ups and proper documentation.

• Sales Support: Assist with preparing quotations, maintaining client databases, and supporting the sales team as needed.

• Central Coordination: Act as the key communication hub between customers and the company, ensuring a smooth flow of information internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales/front office/customer-facing role

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Smart, confident, and well-presented personality

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach

• Basic proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and phone etiquette

• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively

• Experience in the pet industry or with pet-related products is a strong advantage
