We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound/inbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a strong sales mindset.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Identify customer needs, answer queries, and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM/Excel.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in telesales/telemarketing/customer service (freshers with good communication can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
