We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and answer customer queries.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness.
Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.
