Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries.
• Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate the features and benefits of IT products and services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored software/IT solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client conversations, and sales in the CRM system.
• Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients and redirect to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and previous calls to convert prospects.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
