• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have minimum 1 year of experience in telesales experience with language skills in Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Diploma / Degree and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
