Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, SEO, SEM).
Ensure minimum X no. of qualified leads per week/month.
Maintain cost-per-lead (CPL) within defined budgets.
Manage social media handles for branding & engagement.
Lead Management & Conversion
Call, follow up, and nurture leads effectively.
Ensure timely response to all inquiries (TAT within 24 hours).
Convert at least X% of leads into site visits and further into closures.
Update CRM with 100% accuracy.
Sales & Deal Closure
Explain project details to clients and build trust.
Conduct negotiations and independently close deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain client relationship for referrals & repeat sales.
Reporting & Coordination
Share daily, weekly & monthly reports with management.
Analyze campaign performance & sales conversion data.
Coordinate with marketing/design team for creatives & content.
Suggest improvements for better ROI and higher closures.
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM.
Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Closure.
Negotiation and client-handling expertise.
Knowledge of Jaipur real estate market is a plus.
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales + Digital Marketing.
