Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Relationship Manager to join our insurance sales team. Your main job will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their insurance needs, and help them choose the right insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Talk to new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
Suggest the best insurance plans (life, health, or general) based on customer needs.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Keep records of customer interactions and policies sold.
Meet monthly sales targets and follow company guidelines.
Stay updated with insurance products and market trends.
Skills Required:
Good communication and people skills.
Confident in talking to customers and explaining products.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle targets and pressure.
Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus.
Education & Experience:
Minimum: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in sales or customer service (insurance experience is a bonus).
