Job Type: Full-Time.
STIPEND: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls.

• Explain INSURANCES, benefit, and apply procedures clearly and confidently.

• Understand customer's needs and guide them toward suitable programs.

• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure conversions.

• Maintain records of calls, conversations, and feedback.

Requirements:

• 12th/Graduation is mandatory for eligibility.

• English-speaking skills are required to communicate effectively.

• Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
