Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Handle inbound queries from aspirants and provide accurate program/course information.
Understand aspirants’ preparation needs and guide them to suitable programs.
Follow up with leads consistently and ensure timely conversion into enrollments.
Maintain lead data, call logs, and conversion reports using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with aspirants through trust and consultative sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in the education/edtech sector.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
